Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking a Production Operator – Film Coating to support film coating and manufacturing operations within a regulated production environment in Rochester, NY. Operate and monitor equipment used in film coating and manufacturing processesAssemble, prepare, and inspect components required for productionPerform visual and basic quality inspections to ensure products meet specificationsTroubleshoot equipment issues and escalate concerns to appropriate personnelFollow all SOPs, cGMP, OSHA, FDA, and ISO regulationsComplete production documentation accurately and in a timely mannerUtilize computer systems to access and maintain production recordsHandle and dispose of scrap materials and hazardous waste according to safety proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCollaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to support production goalsParticipate in continuous improvement and process development initiativesFollow all safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirementsQualifications: Manufacturing/lab environment with exposure to chemicals and biological materialsFrequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping throughout the shiftAbility to stand, walk, or perform repetitive tasks for extended periods (up to 75% of shift)Ability to lift up to 35 lbsRequires manual dexterity and repetitive hand motionsMust follow all PPE, safety, and workplace compliance requirementsNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
