Production Coordinator(Film and AV)

We're a small Bay Area shop doing film production, with some AV event work alongside it. Here's the thing: we're hiring for the person more than the resume. The two traits we care about most are being a genuine self-starter and having an obsessive eye for detail. If you're the kind of person who catches the mistake everyone else missed, and who moves on a problem without waiting to be told — you're who we're looking for. No deep AV background required; a willingness to learn that side is enough.
