Producer - Capture Films | Provo, UT (In-Office Only) Capture Films is a video production company based in Provo, Utah. Our work spans TV commercials, brand films, ads, short and feature films, documentaries, social content, aerospace and defense, government agencies, and nonprofit work. We're looking for a Producer who can operate on both sides of the job - the creative and the logistical. The best candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, stays calm when things shift, and never lets the details fall through the cracks. Own projects from initial brief through final delivery — creative development, production, and post Coordinate crew, talent, locations, gear, and vendors Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — managing expectations, communication, and approvals Collaborate with directors and creative leads during concept and pre-production Keep projects on time and on budget without sacrificing quality 3+ years of experience producing video content — commercials, brand films, or narrative work ~ Creative sensibility — you understand what makes a concept work and can contribute to it ~ Comfortable working across multiple projects and pivoting quickly when needed ~ Customer first - great work starts with understanding what the client actually needs Problem solver - Sees problems before they hit and finds smart solutions without slowing down the project.
