Producer - Capture Films | Provo, UT (In-Office Only) Our work spans TV commercials, brand films, ads, short and feature films, documentaries, social content, aerospace and defense, government agencies, and nonprofit work. The role We're looking for a Producer who can operate on both sides of the job - the creative and the logistical. The best candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, stays calm when things shift, and never lets the details fall through the cracks. What you'll do Own projects from initial brief through final delivery — creative development, production, and postManage budgets, schedules, and production timelinesCoordinate crew, talent, locations, gear, and vendorsServe as the primary point of contact for clients — managing expectations, communication, and approvalsCollaborate with directors and creative leads during concept and pre-productionAnticipate problems on set and in post before they become problemsKeep projects on time and on budget without sacrificing qualitySupport the team across multiple simultaneous productions What we're looking for 3+ years of experience producing video content — commercials, brand films, or narrative workProven ability to manage budgets and schedules from development through deliveryStrong client communication skills — you can run a call, take notes, and follow throughCreative sensibility — you understand what makes a concept work and can contribute to itHighly organized with sharp attention to detail under pressureComfortable working across multiple projects and pivoting quickly when neededFamiliarity with production, scheduling tools, and standard industry workflowsPositive attitude, easy to work with What we value Humble & hungry - we want people who are always looking to get better and don't let ego get in the wayCustomer first - great work starts with understanding what the client actually needsAnticipate needs - the best people on our team solve problems before they're asked toAttention to detail - the difference between good and great is usually what you didn't skipProblem solver - Sees problems before they hit and finds smart solutions without slowing down the project.
