Thin films & metals Engineer's primary responsibility is to develop and qualify the films, metals & RTA module processes for wide bandgap high power transistors. This role requires an efficient and effective collaborator with a team-first attitude; this role will interact closely with fab process engineering and process integration teams to deliver, sustain, and improve films & metals attributes for device performance and yield.
