PPF Paint Protection Film Clear Bra Window Tint Installer

Nashville ClearBra is one of the fastest-growing XPEL shops in the Southeast and the premier paint protection file, tinting and ceramic coating in the Nashville market. We work on everything from daily drivers to six-figure exotics, and our client list includes Lamborghini Nashville, Aston Martin Nashville, Rolls-Royce Nashville, Bentley Nashville, and Audi Nashville. We are the XPEL-authorized installer for both Tesla and Rivian in our market.

The Role

We are building our talent bench and have an opening for one experienced PPF Installer presently and more in the near future. You will produce clean, production-quality installs on a wide range of vehicles, from standard retail jobs to complex luxury full coverage. You will work directly with our senior installer and leadership team in a well-organized, well-equipped shop.

What You Will Do

Install paint protection film with precision across full front, full body, and custom configurations
Use XPEL DAP cutting software to pull and prepare patterns
Prep vehicles to installation-ready condition, including surface decontamination and panel prep
Maintain installation quality standards on every job, every time
Work efficiently in a clean, organized shop environment
Communicate clearly with the team on job status, materials, and any issues

What We Are Looking For

The right candidate has at least 2 to 5 years of hands-on PPF installation experience and is self-sufficient in a shop setting. You do not need to be managed through every step. You know how film behaves, you understand edge strategy, and you can produce a clean install without being supervised at every panel.

Prior experience from any of the following backgrounds is a strong fit:

PPF or wrap shop
High-end automotive detailing operation

XPEL certification is a bonus but not required. We care more about the quality of your work and your professionalism than your credential stack.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of PPF installation experience
Ability to produce clean, production-level installs independently
Strong attention to detail and a high personal standard for your own work
Dependable, punctual, and organized
Team-oriented with clear communication habits
Valid driver's license required; manual transmission skills are a plus

Nice to Have

Experience with window tint, ceramic coating, or vinyl wraps
XPEL DAP experience
Familiarity with luxury or EV platforms

Pay: $18.00 - $45.00 per hour
