Post-Production Coordinator

Working closely with and under the direction of the Post Producer, this role manages the workflow of our post-production process while prioritizing clear communication, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating between clients, producers, editors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Keep clients informed of the progress of the projects in post-production. Client Relations: must maintain a professional and client-focused approach, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and providing timely updates to support a positive client experience throughout the post-production process. Multitasking and Time Management: must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner, ensure deadlines are met, and be able to juggle multiple projects in different phases of the post-production process. Software: post-production tools, scheduling software, Microsoft Suite, and general understanding of nonlinear editing programs Team Workflow: must be able to learn and work within the post-production team’s workflow and best practices in order to successfully work as part of a larger team.
