Pay: Approximately $25/hourSchedule: 40 hours/weekManage wedding photography and videography bookings and operations.Maintain accurate client and family data using CRM/data-management tools.Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and event timelines.Coordinate photographers, videographers, assistants, and team assignments.Organize wedding events, consultations, pre-wedding shoots, and deadlines.Track client information, payments, contracts, questionnaires, and deliverables.Communicate with couples, families, vendors, and creative teams.Resolve scheduling conflicts and keep teams updated.Use CRM, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and scheduling tools.Strong organization, communication, multitasking, and attention to detail required.Pay: $96,590.85 - $116,324.47 per year
