Casting voice actors for the first episode of a possible audio-picture horror-drama series. Synopsis: the inmates at Hanneman Penitentiary have dreams…the bad kind. Any prisoner who spends an extended period of time behind bars at Hanneman reports having nightmares, tales of true despair and horror. After a series of deaths and other unfortunate incidents, the state ruled that their stories had to be heard. This is Penitent.
Penitent follows a “freak of the week” type format with an “A story” and “B story”, in the same vein as shows such as "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", "Smallville", "Supernatural", and "Grimm".
