Part-Time Technical Services Assistant Manager

As the Assistant Manager focused on Technical Services, you will be essential in ensuring our Family Entertainment Center (FEC) operates smoothly. Your role will revolve around enhancing guest experiences by keeping all technical facets, equipment, and systems running efficiently. Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Supervise the maintenance and repair of technical equipment (e.g. arcade, bowling lanes, laser tag systems).Regularly inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues swiftly.Coordinate with external vendors for complex repairs.Maintain inventory of spare parts and technical supplies.Facility Infrastructure:Oversee technical infrastructure, including power distribution, lighting, sound systems, and network connectivity.Ensure compliance with safety standards.Address technical challenges related to facility effectively.Cleaning and Sanitization:Develop cleaning protocols for technical equipment and surfaces.Ensure high-traffic areas are regularly sanitized.Collaborate with the Facilities/Janitorial manager to maintain a hygienic environment.Technical Staff Management:Train and supervise Bowling/Game technicians.Encourage a positive work environment focused on teamwork and skill development.Work with the scheduling manager to effectively manage shifts and workloads.Quality Assurance:Conduct regular checks on technical equipment and systems.Implement preventive maintenance schedules.Maintain records and promptly address discrepancies.Collaboration:Work with the General Manager and other departments to align technical strategies with business goals.Provide input on technology upgrade investments.Requirements: At Cinemark, we believe every team member should feel like a hero, and each career comes with an array of fantastic benefits: DISCLAIMER: This job description serves as a general guideline of your duties at Cinemark and is not a legally binding contract.
