The essential duties and responsibilities of a Restaurant Assistant Manager include, but are not limited to, the following: Trains and coaches Team Members to serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely mannerInteracts verbally with Guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphereCompletes assigned administrative functionsEnsures cash handling procedures are completed according to company and brand policyManages service of alcohol according to all state and federal laws and regulationsConducts regular inventory and ordering as necessaryAccepts and audits deliveriesAdheres to budgets, increasing profits through cost managements and sales growthHandles complex and challenging customer service scenariosEnsures that Team Members follow the dress codeLearns and follows the policies and procedures as established in Cinemark’s Guidelines.
