An independent movie theater chain is seeking a motivated Part-Time Manager to oversee daily operations and lead staff.
Pay: Competitive hourly rate/salary based on experience
Responsibilities
Oversee all theater operations and ensure excellent customer service
Manage staff scheduling, hiring, training, and performance
Monitor financials, including cash handling, inventory, and P&L
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
Supervise concessions, marketing displays, and theater events
Handle maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
Oversee daily reporting, audits, and incident management
Requirements
5+ years of management experience
Experience managing 10–15 employees
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency required
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred: Restaurant or hospitality management experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
