As a Part Time Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving theatre performance, developing your team, and delivering exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
Lead daily theatre operations, ensuring strong staff performance, smooth execution, and an exceptional guest experiencePerforming all staff positions requiredEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and all certification requirements (including alcohol service where applicable)Train, coach, and supervise team members while supporting hiring, scheduling, and performance management with GM oversightMaintain high guest satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly and professionally and supporting promotions and theatre presentationOversee financial and operational tasks including cash handling, reporting, inventory, cost control, and profitability supportManage theatre operations and facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, projection and audio-visual systems, and overall building standardsMarketing and promotions of feature film engagements; scheduling of movie show times and the timely delivery of show times to all proper channels.Requirements
Strong leadership and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and team development skillsStrong attention to detail and operational executionFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAt least 3 months of supervisory experience, OR 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program, OR Equivalent experience or demonstrated leadership potential (subject to approval)Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service if applicableMust complete all Regal training and certification programsNice-to-haves
