• Answer inbound calls and assist customers professionally
Respond to emails with clear, timely communicationProcess orders, including mail orders and returnsPerform accurate data entry and maintain customer recordsAssist with questions about music and movie titlesQualifications:
Customer service or call center experience preferredKnowledge of music and movies (artists, albums, films, genres)Strong written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and organizationComfortable with data entry and multitaskingProfessional phone presenceMust be local to Pottstown, PAWhat We Offer:
