An Assistant Manager can advance to a Senior Assistant Manager and eventually to Theatre Manager or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and accumulating at least six months of experience with us. Engage in all theatre departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of operations. Report maintenance issues to the General Manager for timely resolution. Maintain high standards of work ethic and professionalism within the team.
