Part-Time Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager can become a Senior Assistant Manager followed by Theatre Manager or General Manager after finishing the Management Accreditation Program and working for a minimum of six months.ResponsibilitiesFollow the direction of the General Manager.Support General Manager’s decisions in communication with the staff.Responsible for working in all departments and all theatre job functions.Train and coach Team Members in their specific job functions.Assist in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.Observe and participate in the inspection of the theatre building, parking lot, landscaping, property, roof and exterior signage, and equipment condition.Report the need for building, property, and equipment repairs to General Manager.Ensure theatre Team Members follow the dress code.Interact with Guests for improved service in the theatre and ensure Team Members provide superior Customer service.Learn and follow the policies and procedures as established in Cinemark’s Guidelines and enforce them fairly and consistently.Report all Employee relations issues to the General Manager (or via if GM absent).Maintain a high work ethic, code of conduct, and sanitize high-contact areas.Use Personal Protective Equipment appropriately and adapt to cleaning tasks.Address safety or security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc. ).Perform other work‑related duties as assigned.RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age.High School or G.E.D.
