Previous experience in technical management, preferably within an entertainment or hospitality setting preferred.Familiarity with various entertainment systems, audiovisual equipment, and IT infrastructure.Ability to lead and motivate a technical team.Quick thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
