Assist in the management of daily janitorial and maintenance operations under the direction of the Janitorial/Facilities Manager.Supervise janitorial staff, including scheduling shifts, providing training, and monitoring performance.Ensure adherence to all cleaning protocols and schedules, upholding high cleanliness standards.Conduct regular inspections of the theater to identify and resolve maintenance and cleanliness issues.Help maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance and repair services as needed.Address guest complaints or issues related to facilities and cleanliness with promptness.Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and any incident reports.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.A minimum of 2+ years of experience in janitorial or facilities management.Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, maintenance practices, and health & safety regulations.Able to supervise and motivate a team effectively.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Physical and Environmental Requirements: DISCLAIMER: This job description serves only as a general guideline for your duties and responsibilities at Cinemark and is not a legally binding contract.
