Overview Join our dynamic team as a PPF, Paint Correction, and Window Tinting Specialist! Apply Paint Protection Film (PPF) meticulously to safeguard vehicle surfaces against chips and scratches Perform detailed paint correction to eliminate imperfections, swirl marks, and surface blemishes for a flawless finish Install window tint films with precision, ensuring even coverage and optimal heat rejection Use hand tools, power tools, and airless paint sprayers to execute high-quality detailing and finishing work Conduct auto body repairs and buffing to restore vehicles to their original luster Assist with auto glass installation and auto painting tasks as needed during the detailing process Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and equipment use Previous dealership experience or automotive detailing background preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Hands-on experience with auto body repair, auto painting, or auto restoration is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with vehicle maintenance processes will enhance your effectiveness in this role Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized auto detailing equipment such as buffing machines and airless sprayers Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with auto estimating or mechanic work is a plus but not mandatory We’re dedicated to supporting your growth in the automotive industry by providing comprehensive training and fostering an energetic team environment.
