In this role, the Outside Sales Rep/Field Estimator will travel to appointments throughout their territory, meet with customers, match their needs with American Window Film’s products and services, accurately measure windows to identify project scope, produce a high volume of estimates and pursue new opportunities. The purpose of this role is to connect with potential customers and provide them with window film and graphics solutions.

Territory: This role covers a wide territory throughout the Bay Area - stretching from San Jose in the South Bay, up through Oakland in the East Bay, and as far north as Marin County.

Job Responsibilities

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationshipsMeet with clients onsite to understand their project goals, take measurements and advise them on which products would help achieve their desired outcomeMake sure all estimates are accurate and delivered on timeProactively manage a sales process within the company CRMProvide great customer service to our clients and represent the company in a positive and professional mannerDemonstrate teamwork ability to collaborate with multiple departments on projectsOther duties as related and directedQualifications

Bachelor\'s DegreeStrong attention to detail and polished organizational skillsExperience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or PDF-XChange is a plusExcellent communication (oral/written), sales, and customer service skillsThe ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlinesMust have a valid Driver’s LicenseCompetitive commission programFlexible Schedule: Work day is spent on the road and/or in officePaid Time Off plan for full time employeesMedical, Dental, Vision, and more *For eligible employees401(k): American Window Film will match 3% of what you contributeAmerican Window Film Perks:
