The Outreach & Community Initiatives Manager is responsible for building relationships between the IYFF and the communities, schools, organizations, and partners it serves. This role helps expand the festival’s reach, create meaningful community connections, and develop initiatives that increase awareness, participation, and access to the festival.
Responsibilities include:
Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, youth programs, and local partners
Identify opportunities to introduce new audiences to the Indiana Youth Film Festival
Develop and support community outreach initiatives leading up to and during the festival
Represent the festival at community events, meetings, and outreach opportunities
