What We Do

Supports the General Manager by leading Team Members in day-to-day operationsOversees all aspects of business in theatres, games, concession, and barMonitors, measures, and reports on operational issues and opportunitiesEnsures company policy and standards are followed

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

Minimum of 2 years as a manager in the hospitality industryAbility to attract, develop and retain top hourly talentProficient in addressing guest concernsHigh level of business acumen and common senseStrong verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organizationDemonstrated computer knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, POS)The minimum age requirement for this role is 21Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to provide clear Guest service, follow safety procedures, and perform job responsibilities.
