JOB OVERVIEW As a frontliner, Theatre Staff will work behind concession and box office, interacting with guests to make each experience magical and fun. Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome.Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times.Responding promptly to guest requests.Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional guest support.Staying current on new releases and upcoming movies.Communicating and coordinating as a team with your fellow colleagues.Completing any other duties as delegated or directed by your supervisor.Sales Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.Positive and enthusiastic attitude.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Essential Functions Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods during work shifts.Frequent use of hands and arms to handle concession items, equipment, or tools.Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch as required to perform job duties.Ability to lift, move, and transport items weighing up to 35 pounds safely.Mental stamina to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and guest focus.Ability to work in varying conditions, including loud auditoriums, dim lighting, and crowded environments.These essential functions and physical demands are representative of the requirements necessary to perform this role.
