Movie Theatre Operations Leader

LexLive is hiring theatre managers with all levels of experience. We have multiple full‑ and part‑time positions available in our brand new 10‑screen state‑of‑the‑art movie theatre. Availability All employees are expected to be available to work most nights, weekends and holidays. Manage operations in assigned area including staff allocation, guest service and problem resolution Oversee assigned area organization and cleanliness Maintain quality control and ensure maximum guest satisfaction and profitability Interact with point‑of‑sale and other software to manage operations and reconcile receipts on a daily and periodic basis Participate in inventory management and communicate effectively to ensure that all items are kept at appropriate stock levels Ensure company initiatives and programs are implemented within their department Lead by example in adhering to all company policies, rules and requirements related to behavior, appearance, job performance and interaction Provide appropriate training, coaching and disciplinary actions to ensure established policies and procedures are followed at all times Maintain open and effective communication with personnel at all levels of the enterprise Perform any job duties for any position in the department when necessary Provide impeccable guest service, beginning with acknowledging and welcoming guests Abide by all appropriate health guidelines to ensure the health and safety of yourself, the public and the LexLive team Ensure equipment and fixtures are in complete working order.
