Be the envy of your friends and past co-workers by managing a beautiful theatre location in the heart of the excitement of Lex Live featuring:Luxury Heated Recliners!RGB Laser Projectors!Dolby ATMOS Sound Systems!Full Service Concessions Kitchens!Popcorn with Real Butter!The Largest Screen in Kentucky!We are looking for good people that have experience with various facets of the movie theatre business including:Digital Projection Operation & MaintenanceShow SchedulingEmployee Scheduling and ManagementInventory ManagementGeneral Operations ManagementCustomer ServiceJob Requirements for most positions:Skills/ Experience:Must be 18 years of age or older (21+ for some positions)All education levels consideredAt least six months of relevant previous supervisory experience requiredSolid math and computer skillsHigh level oral and written communication skillsImpeccable money-handling skillsStrong analytic and problem solving skillsFlexibility and reliabilityA positive attitude and ability to work well with other team membersAbility to stay calm and make good decisions under pressureExemplary guest service and communication skillsStrong task and time management abilities on both a personal and team levelAbility to effectively communicate directions and expectations to staff under your supervision in a positive and proactive wayWillingness and ability to perform the job duties of any position in your department as necessaryAbility to stand, walk, lift, twist and bend on a regular basis for long periods of time with reasonable accommodationsPhysical ability to perform cleaning tasks, serving and lifting up to 50lbs with reasonable accommodationsAvailability:Lex Live is an entertainment venue open 365 days a year and will be busiest on nights, weekends and holidays. All employees are expected to be available to work most nights, weekends and holidays. Assistant Managers are expected to be especially flexible for scheduling purposes.
