All employees are expected to be available to work most nights, weekends and holidays. Assistant Managers are expected to be especially flexible for scheduling purposes. Only candidates with regular availability for a wide range of shifts will be considered.General Duties May Include:Manage operations in assigned area including staff allocation, guest service and problem resolutionOversee assigned area organization and cleanlinessQuality ControlManage and lead each shift to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and profitabilityInteract with point-of-sale and other software to manage operations and reconcile receipts on a daily and periodic basisParticipate in inventory management and communicate effectively to ensure that all items are kept at appropriate stock levelsEnsure company initiatives and programs are implemented within their departmentLead by example in adhering to all company policies, rules and requirements related to behavior, appearance, job performance and interactionProvide appropriate training, coaching and disciplinary actions to ensure established polices and procedures are followed at all timesMaintain open and effective communication with personnel at all levels of the enterprisePerforming any job duties for any position in the department when necessaryProvide impeccable guest service, beginning with acknowledging and welcoming guestsAbide by all appropriate health guidelines to ensure the health and safety of yourself, the public and the Lex Live teamEnsure equipment and fixtures are in complete working order.
