Co‑lead daily operations with the GM: scheduling, managing resources, and driving execution of theatre and Marquee Suites initiatives. Cultivate a positive culture, using strong communication and mediation to resolve staff and guest challenges professionally. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holiday hours as needed. Expand your management skills across both entertainment and F&B operations.
