Core Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Co-lead daily operations with the GM, including scheduling, resource management, and executing promotional events.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor team members across both frontline entertainment and food & beverage roles to foster a culture of high performance.
Inventory & Amenity Management: Oversee concessions, operations, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
Quality Assurance: Maintain strict safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards across the entire facility.
Guest & Staff Relations: Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture, using strong communication to resolve staff and guest challenges efficiently.
Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example, whether selling tickets, supporting the snack bar, managing auditorium turnarounds, or handling PM close-out procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years of management experience, ideally in entertainment-based environments (movie theatres, live events, family entertainment centers) or high-volume food & beverage/hospitality.
Leadership Mastery: Proven track record of supervising teams, managing labor, and driving operational success in a customer-centric environment.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional decision-making skills and the ability to stay calm and resourceful under pressure.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, and standard office applications.
Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays to support our peak business hours.
