The Guest Service Associate leads the excitement of the RoadHouse Cinemas experience, from the first impression to the last impression.
You must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
Job duties include:
Multitask with a sense of urgency, while maintaining consistency and accuracyAnticipate guest perception/needsCash handling using tablets and point of sale (POS) systems accuratelyTicket sales and refundsWork with website accessibility issues and general website troubleshootingKnowledge and communication of RHC movie ticket and food specialsCreate spice work ticketsSale of merchandise: gift cards, roadie t-shirts, blankets, and seasonal promotionsTeamworkPrepare and serve concessions items: popcorn, candy, milkshakes, desserts, fountain drinks, and hot beveragesProduct knowledge: product availability, allergy/dietary restrictions and vendor infoPerform other duties as assignedExperience and Education:
Basic math skillsBarista experience a plus
