Movie Theater Assistant Manager

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Movie Theater Assistant Manager and lead the charge in delivering exceptional guest experiences while overseeing daily operations. Your leadership will help create memorable moments for our guests and foster a positive, efficient workplace. Lead and supervise theater staff during shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Oversee daily operations including ticket sales, concessions, cleanliness, and safety protocols Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors Conduct regular safety inspections, monitor crowd control, and enforce theater policies Maintain accurate report writing related to shift activities, incident logs, and operational issues Manage cash handling procedures, reconcile registers, and oversee financial transactions with integrity Proven management or supervisory experience within the hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Experience in events management or nightlife venues such as nightclubs is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and conflict resolution Familiarity with shift management, report writing, cash handling, and safety protocols Prior assistant manager experience in a resort or hospitality setting is highly desirable Background in supervising staff involved in customer service roles such as concessions or ticketing Tech savviness is a plus
