In this exciting role, you'll collaborate closely with the Marketing team to craft innovative programs that captivate audiences, boost brand recognition, and enhance customer loyalty-all while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate loves customer service, has a strong attention to detail, and has the ability to work part time (25 hours per week) during the remainder of the 2026 Spring Semester and through the summer out of our corporate office in Milwaukee. Now, as the fourth-largest theatre circuit in the U.S., we bring the magic of movies to life with 995 screens across 79 locations in 17 states, operating under Marcus Theatres, Movie Tavern by Marcus, and BistroPlex brands. Prior marketing experience is a plus but not required.Photography/videography experience is a plus but not required.Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field and have completed coursework in marketing communications, public relations, advertising, or business writing.Strong writing, editing, and communication abilities.Motivated, creative, and strategic thinker who takes initiative to learn and contribute.Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Proficient with computers, internet usage, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Willing and motivated to learn new skills, tasks, and software systems to meet the demands of the organization.Must be willing and able to work out of our corporate office in downtown Milwaukee What's in it for you?
