This is a contract position, which would run now through February 23, 2026. Social Media (work with our Communications team):Create content and manage all DCIFF social mediaPodcasting, Blogs, Website/newsletter postsPut every film on social media (Jan/Feb)Create advertising relationships with “partner" outletsPromote ticket sales on Eventbrite, website, social media, and other outletsFind an influencer, plan engagement, and manageHelp plan festival eventsBefore the festival—Do interviews with DCIFF alumni, new filmmakersOn-site at festival—Do interviews with filmmakers, seminar panelists, and attendeesRoute & make sure all interviews, podcasts, etc. Marketing or advertising experienceSocial Media expertise, on multiple platformsExcellent organization skillsQuick follow-upClear and easy communicationHardworking on your own and as part of a teamEnthusiasm and dedicationCreative mindWe’re a small but powerful team that works closely together to create an amazing experience for our filmmakers and audiences. Although DCIFF is a volunteer organization, but for this position, we are offering a stipend of $1000 for this position.
