Marketing Executive

Job Summary This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who can manage campaigns, generate leads, and contribute to brand growth across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaignsManage and coordinate digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and website content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc)Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional assetsConduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needsTrack and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reportsCollaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goalsSupport event planning, trade shows (also travels with the team to the shows/exhibitions), and promotional activitiesMaintain brand consistency across all marketing channelsManage relationships with external distributors, dealers, vendors, agencies, and partnersCoordinate with dealers and service providers to generate contentHelp develop marketing materials (flyers, presentations, blog posts, graphics)Perform data analysis and modify strategies as requiredCollaborate with team members locally and abroad, on driving and implementing marketing strategies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field2–4 years of experience in marketing or a similar roleStrong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, Canva, Adobe, etc)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSpanish speaker (a plus)Strong organizational skills, proactive and self-starterAnalytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
