Manager, Member Engagement

As the Manager, Member Engagement & Activations, you'll play a key role in enhancing the value of Regal's loyalty and subscription programs by developing compelling rewards, exclusive experiences, merchandise offerings, and member benefits that strengthen engagement and satisfaction. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day management and ongoing evolution of the Regal Reward Center, working closely with internal teams, partners, vendors, and fulfillment providers to deliver high-quality rewards and experiences.
