Films Technician – 2nd Shift (Casting)

We are seeking Films Technicians to support our casting operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on operating large-scale production equipment used to create specialized film materials through a continuous casting process.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who are comfortable working with machinery and want to grow in a technical production role.
Pay Rate
$20-$23 based on experience (plus differential) Shift Differential
2nd Shift: +$2.00/hour
Shift
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor casting equipment used to produce specialty film materials Load large rolls of raw material into production machines Control and adjust machine settings to ensure proper film formation and quality Oversee continuous production processes, ensuring consistency and minimal defects Inspect finished film for quality standards Support downstream processes such as cutting, slitting, and packaging Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately Comfortable standing for extended periods and working with large equipment Stable work history (consistent employment) Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Additional Requirements
Must pass a drug screening and background check
