Lead Production Designer, Film & Television

Our client, a prestigious film and television production company, is seeking a visionary Lead Production Designer to shape the aesthetic and visual identity of their upcoming projects. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Production Design, Architecture, or a related creative field; Master's degree or equivalent professional experience strongly preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in production design for film, television, or theatre, with a significant portion in a lead or senior role. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity, visual storytelling, and a range of design styles. Proven ability to manage art department budgets and resources effectively. Expertise in set design, construction, drafting, 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD), and visual research. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and guide creative teams. Deep knowledge of art history, film history, and various design aesthetics. Ability to work effectively on-site in Seattle, Washington , and adapt to the demands of production schedules.
