The role currently open is a full-time, management position focused within the operations department at one of the Cinepolis theaters. The Kitchen Manager plays a pivotal role in leading, coaching, and training kitchen staff, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and guaranteeing that all food items meet company specifications for quality and presentation. In this position, the Kitchen Manager is entrusted with overseeing kitchen operations, including managing food preparation and production processes, ensuring all safety protocols and company policies are rigorously followed, and maintaining adherence to food safety regulations such as temperature control and product freshness through proper purchasing and inventory methods. 1-3 years of kitchen management required Culinary arts degree preferred Food managers certification required Proficient guest service, administrative and follow-up skills Comfortable communicating and working with guests, peers, subordinates, vendors or partners Intermediate to advanced understanding of food and beverage operations Advanced knowledge of food, health and safety regulations Availability to work holidays, nights and weekends with increased hours during peak times Ability to stand, walk, lift, twist, bend and traverse stairs frequently Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proven leadership and motivational skills Professional appearance and positive role model Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong decision-making skills High guest satisfaction expectations Resourceful problem-solving skills Self-motivated and results-driven Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and delegate simultaneously Holds self and others accountable to maintain high performance standards OysterLink is a restaurant, hospitality, and hotel job platform.
