Supervise daily kitchen line operations and ensure smooth execution of food service.Oversee the preparation of all food items in accordance with standard recipes.Inspect and taste food to ensure quality, proper presentation, and visual appeal.Schedule appropriate staffing levels based on banquet needs, showtimes, and business forecasts.Manage kitchen inventory, place orders, and ensure proper storage of all food items.Perform daily operational duties, including open/close checklists and special projects.Train, counsel, and supervise assigned kitchen staff to maintain performance standards.Enforce food safety and hygiene practices to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance.Other duties as assigned.
