Hourly Assistant Managers Needed for All Departments at LexLive

Successful Assistant Manager candidates will be those that have a relevant work history indicating that they are skillfully able to perform the job duties for all positions in their department as well as experience successfully supervising staff and operations, reconciling cash receipts and communicating effectively. Available positions include: Must be 18 years of age or older (21+ for some positions)All education levels consideredAt least six months of relevant previous supervisory experience requiredSolid math and computer skillsHigh level oral and written communication skillsImpeccable money-handling skillsStrong analytic and problem solving skillsFlexibility and reliabilityA positive attitude and ability to work well with other team membersAbility to stay calm and make good decisions under pressureExemplary guest service and communication skillsStrong task and time management abilities on both a personal and team levelAbility to effectively communicate directions and expectations to staff under your supervision in a positive and proactive wayWillingness and ability to perform the job duties of any position in your department as necessaryAbility to stand, walk, lift, twist and bend on a regular basis for long periods of time with reasonable accommodationsPhysical ability to perform cleaning tasks, serving and lifting up to 50lbs with reasonable accommodations All employees are expected to be available to work most nights, weekends and holidays. Manage operations in assigned area including staff allocation, guest service and problem resolution Oversee assigned area organization and cleanlinessQuality ControlManage and lead each shift to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and profitabilityInteract with point-of-sale and other software to manage operations and reconcile receipts on a daily and periodic basisParticipate in inventory management and communicate effectively to ensure that all items are kept at appropriate stock levelsEnsure company initiatives and programs are implemented within their departmentLead by example in adhering to all company policies, rules and requirements related to behavior, appearance, job performance and interactionProvide appropriate training, coaching and disciplinary actions to ensure established polices and procedures are followed at all timesMaintain open and effective communication with personnel at all levels of the enterprisePerforming any job duties for any position in the department when necessaryProvide impeccable guest service, beginning with acknowledging and welcoming guestsAbide by all appropriate health guidelines to ensure the health and safety of yourself, the public and the LexLive teamEnsure equipment and fixtures are in complete working order.
