Must be 16 years of age or older
Possession of Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
Ability to lift and carry 30+ lbs
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
Ability to bend, move quickly around the restaurant, and stop and wipe frequently
Self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
