This is a fast-paced, hands-on journey designed to prepare you for a leadership role at one of our high-volume theatres. You'll work alongside experienced General Managers and our Cinemark Service Center (CSC) team to learn the ins and outs of theatre operations while making a real impact every day. You'll also step up as acting GM when needed, putting your training into action. Following successful completion, you must be open to relocation within the region to take on a General Manager role as opportunities arise.
