Cimark is looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our General Manager In Training (GMIT) program. You'll work alongside experienced General Managers and our Cinemark Service Center (CSC) team to learn the ins and outs of theatre operations while making a real impact every day. Following successful completion, you must be open to relocation within the region to take on a General Manager role as opportunities arise. • Team Leadership Play a key role in recruiting, training, and developing a strong team. • Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
