Seeking a lighting technician (gaffer) to assist in creating a cinematic look using a small, efficient setup. This role will support the DP and director in shaping light, setting up fixtures, and maintaining a consistent visual tone throughout the film. Looking for someone who understands how to work quickly with limited gear while still achieving strong, intentional lighting. Responsibilities: set up and adjust lighting equipment; shape light for scenes (contrast, mood, direction); assist with power management and gear setup; work closely with DP to execute lighting plan. Requirements: basic to intermediate lighting experience; understanding of cinematic lighting principles; ability to move quickly and problem-solve on set.
