Role Overview:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and overseeing our restaurant operations. This position involves managing our Team Members and ensuring that every Guest enjoys impeccable service in a welcoming atmosphere, aligning with Cinemark's brand standards for efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Train and mentor Team Members to provide exceptional food and drink service in a prompt and courteous manner. Engage with Guests to foster a friendly and energetic environment. Complete various administrative tasks as assigned. Ensure adherence to cash handling protocols as per company policies. Manage alcohol service in compliance with state and federal regulations. Conduct regular inventories and manage ordering as needed. Receive and validate deliveries. Assist in maintaining budgets, focusing on cost management and profit growth. Address and resolve challenging customer service situations effectively. Ensure Team Members adhere to the dress code. Learn and enforce Cinemark's policies consistently across all staff. Report employee relations issues to the General Manager or designated channels. Maintain a high standard of work ethic and professional conduct. Regularly clean and sanitize high-contact areas for both Employees and Guests. Utilize Personal Protective Equipment where necessary and adapt to cleaning task demands. Address safety and security concerns proactively. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age. High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred. 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry preferred. Complete management training courses within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program. Complete necessary food handling training and obtain required certifications. Management roles involving alcohol service require Safe Alcohol Service training. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Consistent attendance is necessary. Bring a positive and energetic attitude to each shift. Exhibit excellent Guest service skills. Demonstrate accuracy in cash handling and possess basic math skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English with diverse individuals. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow directions and respond promptly to tasks. Show excellent time management, organization, and detail-oriented skills. Possess the ability to recruit, train, and motivate team members. Capable of resolving conflicts professionally. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Physical Requirements:

Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs. Regular standing, walking, and reaching throughout the theater. Noise levels may vary from moderate to high at times. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Benefits:
