This role involves machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance services, cleanliness of equipment and areas, and inspection of amusement attractions, (including but not limited to rock climbing walls, ropes courses, laser tag systems, and etc.) Perform repairs promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.Collaborate with Management to address any mechanical challenges related to amusement attractions.Arcade Games Management:Maintain and repair arcade games, game card kiosks, game card readers, redemption equipment, and other entertainment systems.Regularly inspect game cabinets, buttons, joysticks, game card readers, and wiring for wear, damage, or malfunction.Keep track of game performance, revenue, and popularity to optimize game placement.Assists guests with game instructions, resolve game-related queries, and provide excellent customer service.General Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.Ensure safety protocols are followed during maintenance, inspections, and game repairs.Assist with other facility maintenance tasks as needed.Requirements:Previous experience in bowling alley maintenance, arcade game repair, or similar mechanical roles preferred.Familiarity with string pin bowling systems, amusement attractions, arcade games and related equipment preferred.Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Physical and Environmental Requirements:Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.Frequent standing, walking and reaching around the FEC.Noise level may be moderate to high at times.Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.Benefits Available:At Cinemark, we believe every team member should feel like a hero.
