The Assistant Manager can become a Senior Assistant Manager followed by Theatre Manager or General Manager after finishing the Management Accreditation Program and working for a minimum of six months. Responsibilities include working in all departments and performing all theatre job functions, training and coaching Team Members in their specific job functions, assisting in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager, and observing and participating in the inspection of the theatre building, parking lot, landscaping, Cinemark property, roof and exterior signage, and equipment condition. You are expected to learn and follow the policies and procedures as established in Cinemark's Guidelines and enforce these with all Team Members fairly and consistently. You must be able to effectively and regularly converse in and comprehend English, work in a team environment and independently, take and follow direction, respond with a sense of urgency, and show excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
