Assist the Janitorial/Facilities Manager in managing daily janitorial and maintenance operations.Supervise janitorial staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.Ensure all cleaning protocols and schedules are followed to maintain high standards of cleanliness.Conduct regular inspections of the theater to identify and address maintenance and cleanliness issues.Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order supplies as needed.Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance and repair services.Respond promptly to guest complaints or issues related to facilities and cleanliness.Maintain records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and incident reports. Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.Frequent standing, walking and reaching around the theater.Noise level may be moderate to high at times.Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
