Full-Time Assistant Manager Position

The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in the overall operation of the theatre. As a key member of our team, you will be trained across all departments, enabling you to provide inspirational leadership and support to Team Members. Support the General Manager by implementing decisions and fostering effective communication with staff.Perform various functions across all departments within the theatre.Provide training and coaching to Team Members in their respective roles.Assist in preparing administrative reports for the General Manager.Conduct regular inspections of the theatre facilities and report maintenance needs.Ensure all Team Members adhere to the dress code and maintain high standards of guest service.Familiarize yourself with and enforce company policies consistently.Address all Employee relations issues appropriately.Maintain high ethical standards and a strong code of conduct among all management members.Consistently ensure cleanliness of high-contact areas for Employee and Guest safety.Adhere to safety protocols and address any potential hazards.Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.Qualifications: equivalent.Successful completion of the initial courses in our Management Accreditation Program.Obtain necessary food handling training and certifications where applicable.Complete Safe Alcohol Service training if working with alcohol.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Regular and consistent attendance is required.Exhibit a positive and energetic attitude during shifts.Demonstrate strong guest service skills.Possess accurate cash handling and basic math skills.Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Open to receiving direction and feedback.Respond promptly and effectively to urgent matters.Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Capability to train and motivate others.Skills to resolve conflicts professionally.Physical Requirements: We offer a range of benefits that items include:
