The Restaurant Assistant Manager will play a key role in the restaurant's operations, offering hands-on support and leadership to a passionate team. Train and coach Team Members to provide courteous and timely food and beverage service.Create a positive atmosphere by interacting warmly with guests.Complete necessary administrative tasks efficiently.Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures in accordance with company policy.Manage alcohol service responsibly, complying with all state and federal regulations.Conduct regular inventory checks and manage ordering as needed.Accept and verify deliveries for accuracy.Adhere to budget parameters, aiming to boost profits through effective cost and sales management.Address and resolve complex customer service situations effectively.Uphold team dress code requirements.Learn and enforce Cinemark's policies and procedures with fairness and consistency.Report employee relations issues to the General Manager or designated contact.Maintain a high standard of work ethic and code of conduct.Regularly sanitize high-contact areas for the safety of guests and team members.Utilize personal protective equipment as required.Adapt cleaning tasks based on needs and frequency.Address any safety concerns promptly.Perform additional work-related duties as assigned.Requirements: preferred.1-2 years of previous restaurant supervisory experience is a plus.Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses is required.Must complete local food handling training and obtain necessary permits.Alcohol service training is mandatory for management members working with alcohol.Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.Demonstrates regular and consistent attendance.Brings energy and friendliness to each shift.Delivers exceptional guest service.Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills.Strong interpersonal communication skills for diverse guests.Ability to work well in a team and independently.Capable of following directions accurately.Responds promptly to various situations.Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.Experience in recruiting, training, and leading teams.Able to successfully resolve conflicts.Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferable.Physical and Environmental Requirements: At Cinemark, we value our team members and offer a variety of benefits: This job description is a guideline of responsibilities and is not a legally binding contract.
