Food and Beverage Manager

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage manager to join our team in Baltimore, MD. Collaborate with the General Manager and other members of the leadership team, assisting with a range of duties from task planning to staff management Manage all F&B day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards Provide and oversee excellent customer service Plan, forecast, and execute food and beverage orders with the highest level of consistency and quality Communicate and build strong working relationships with vendors Ensure strict adherence to WC menus and standard operating procedures Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to any concerns Lead F&B team including supervisors, concessions staff, cooks, and bartenders Recruit, hire, and oversee training for all F&B staff Manage targets, KPI’s, and staff schedules Support the WC culture by fostering a positive team-centered environment with a focus on performance Comply with all health and safety regulations Work with the Marketing Team to promote menu items and special events Report to management regarding sales results and productivity Once you submit your application, our team will be in touch via email.
