Position: Floor Staff - Regal Salisbury Stadium 16 & RPX DescriptionTeam members are classified based on individual theatre needs and/or employee availability as variable hour, part‑time fixed, part‑time regular or full‑time hourly employees whose primary responsibility is ensuring guests receive exceptional service. They may be scheduled to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand or as an Usher. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Additionally, completion of the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University is required.Language AbilityPossess good public speaking, effective listening and clear, direct responding skills.Math AbilityPerform calculations quickly and accurately, and identify and correct errors.Reasoning AbilityIdentify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes.
